We provide church management services to help churches organize activities, manage members, track attendance, handle finances, and communicate with their communities. We take privacy seriously and are committed to protecting personal information processed through our platform.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights. It applies to church administrators and users who access Prestige Ark directly. If you are a church member whose data was entered by your church, your church is usually the primary organization responsible for your personal data — see "Data Controller and Processor Roles" below.

Churches using our platform are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and upload personal information about their members, staff, and visitors, and for responding to privacy requests from their members where the church is the controller.
If your church enables biometric attendance, we may process biometric enrollment and verification data on the church's instructions. Depending on configuration, this may include encrypted biometric templates (such as fingerprint or facial templates), template identifiers, device metadata, enrollment timestamps, and related audit records.
We do not use biometric data for advertising. Raw biometric images are not required for all integrations; where templates are stored, they are handled separately from routine member profile fields and protected with access controls and encryption.
Churches must obtain any legally required consent from individuals before enrolling them in biometric attendance and must explain how attendance data will be used.

Churches may have separate legal obligations to notify their members when member data under their control is affected.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to you. When you delete your account or request deletion of specific information, we will remove it from our active systems.

Churches based in Ghana are responsible for registering or complying with their own obligations under applicable data protection law when they act as data controllers for member information.
Prestige Ark is intended for use by churches and authorized adults managing church operations. We do not knowingly market the platform directly to children.
Churches may store information about minors in membership or attendance records. In that case, the church is responsible for ensuring it has appropriate authority or parental consent under applicable law before uploading minors' personal information. Parents and guardians should contact their church regarding information held about minors.
Our services may be accessed from different countries. Your information may be processed in Ghana and in other countries where our infrastructure or subprocessors operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border processing, including contractual protections with service providers where required.
